To ensure smooth running of production daily activities

To ensure implementation, monitor & control production schedule and its efficiency
To manage, allocate and ensure the manpower and material resources required are available to meet production targets
To coordinate matters related to equipment use, maintenance, modification and improvement activities.
To establish, implement, monitor, review and maintain standard operating procedures for production operations
To ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
To coordinate matters related to product quality standards
To analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
To determine and implement improvements to production process and safety issues
To prepare and maintain production reports
To monitor and review performance of subordinates
To prepare production budgets and implement cost control programs
To coordinate between relevant departments including procurement, warehouse, logistic, marketing, management, etc.
To perform any others tasks as and when required.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing / Production Operations, Steel Fabrication or equivalent.
Equipped with the experience and ability to supervise plants and workforce
Possess knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques / quality systems and standards / health and safety standards and compliance / process improvement techniques
