Liaise with all parties to optimize the production records and checklist which include manpower management, materials, facilities, machineries and quality, delivery on time and to standard required. 3. People management, plan and monitor the production floor to meet the timely production and output to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement. 4. Liaise with all parties to continuously review the practices to optimize production efficiency. 5. Establish priorities and operation team schedules to ensure optimal productivity level with minimum wastage. 6. Organize production processes to ensure daily smooth running by closely monitoring the flow and requirement of the 4 (M) material, manpower, machine and method. 7. To evaluate or appraising on the competency of subordinates periodically. 8. Responsible report to management on production levels and optimization. 9. Other task assigned by the superior.
