Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
- Business Nature: printing - manufacturing
- Reports to General Manager
- Responsible for the production and operation of the manufacturing plant.
- Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods
- Develops work instruction, planning work flow by studying product requirements; and designing. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing.
- Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
- Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
- 5-10 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak and write Japanese is an added advantage.
