• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production management principles and practices.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning and Management:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Allocate resources and manage production budgets.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Supervise and mentor production staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team to resolve any quality-related issues.

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Use data and metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee inventory levels and manage the procurement of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
