Multinational manufacturing company in the electrical/electronics industry, with a long history of establishment.

Working location: Kulim, Kedah What\'s on offer:

As the Production Manager, you will responsible for:

Overseeing production activities to achieve time and quality targets.
Planning production schedule, manpower and equipment to meet internal demand.
Implementing Kaizen and 5S principles.
Reviewing daily output data and defective products.
Identifying sources of error, areas of improvements, and take corrective measures.
Completing ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualification:

Candidates should have at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering, production management, or the equivalent.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least 5 years of experience in electrical component manufacturing/production, preferably senior or assistant manager level.
apanese language fluency will be strong advantageous (JLPT N3 and above/ studied abroad).
Precision engineering backgrounds will be advantageous.
Knowledge of handling machines (CNC) and interpreting mechanical drawings.
Strong organization and leaderships skills.
Be willing to work overtime on weekdays and weekends when needed.
