Production Manager (Lithography)

Your Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to organize workflow and priority to meet production specifications & delivery deadlines, optimizing process capabilities in order to achieve excellence process performance (CPK, SPC, process stability performance, etc), cost & inventory management, staff training & development, new production capacity expansion qualification & ramps and other assigned task safely, effectively and economically.
Ensure key production indicators and metrics are achieved, such as throughput, CSR, Quality and cost objectives.
Monitor operations with in there scope, collect and handle improvement ideas and promote and innovative environment. Recommend revisions to the operating policies as applicable.
Anticipate on, and recognize and take action for events/situations that could adversely affect production efficiencies.
Keep abreast of technical developments by maintaining constant contact with suppliers and customer and correct study of relevant literature.
Actively participate in the quality and improvement process and apply the principals of continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and personnel by careful employment of all available resources.
Responsible for the execution of once approved budget on time and in budget.
Demonstrate positive two-way communications, fair and consistent administration of company policy and procedure, responsiveness to employee concerns and problems.
Support for the purchase of new equipment (deliver production requirement from on-site learning and experience, layout update and validation)
Responsible for production ramp-up of new equipment (including installation, qualification and production implementation)
Ensure standardization of each process is maintained across all related functions.
Support for qualification activities of new materials, chemistries, processes within the related group
Ensure all processes are aligned with specification and parameters.
Your Profile
----------------
Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent
Min 10 years of similar experience in/as operations/production/ engineering in substrate/ semiconductor/ HDI Manufacturing/ EMS industry
Managerial experience preferred
Good analytical skills with attention to details
Good stress management skills
Process engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry
Fluent written and oral English
Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
Open minded approach, Good team working spirit and leadership skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Computer skills - MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT)
