Your new role Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity, quality, and on-time delivery. Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Set production goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, fostering a culture of safety awareness. Lead and motivate a diverse team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to maintain product quality standards and resolve any production issues. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Continuously evaluate and update production processes to leverage technology advancements and enhance operational efficiency. Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. What you\'ll need to succeed Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders. Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in production management, preferably in the electronics industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing metrics to drive process improvements and achieve targets. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good organizational and communication skills.
