Job description
My client is a renowned rubber manufacturing company. Their clients include but not limited to key players in the electronic, semiconductor, healthcare and automobile industry. They are looking for a Production Manager due to rapid expansion.
- In charge of overall responsibility and accountability for the manufacturing function, overseeing entire operations in production, maintenance, warehouse and compounding functions.
- Oversee operating processes to ensure effectiveness and safety standards of plant and equipment are adhered to.
- Work across production cycles to ensure flow of work meets customer deadlines.
- Direct and lead staffs of the department to ensure they are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibilities.
- Experienced Production Manager/ Assistant Production Manager in a same or similar industries, preferably rubber/ plastic manufacturing.
- Expereienced in operation and people management at a strategic level in ensuring effective manufacturing strategies, policies, processes and systems.
