Job Description

• Spearhead the development, execution and alignment of the long-term and short-term strategies while also inculcating the company\xe2\x80\x99s mission, vision, strategic objectives and corporate values within the organization.
• Provide oversight and direction for the achievement of organization key result and continuous performance improvement in meeting the expectation of the stakeholders.
• Ensure that the production cost effective.
• Drive a culture and operation transformation to embrace data-driven, and continuous improvement initiatives while optimizing organizational structure and overall factory performance.
• Responsible to drive communication and execution of the strategic objectives which integrate technical, operational, and functional resources of the business throughout the organization.
• Build a high-performance team culture with a high sense of accountability, integrity and result driven around measurable target.
• Provide leadership for the organization, mentoring of high performing staff and ensure all workers are adequately trained and appropriately utilized.
• Implementation of the plant\xe2\x80\x99s overall preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure the factory operation is in compliance with the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) best practices and all local regulations and by-laws.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess Advanced AutoCAD skills
• At least 5-10 years of experience, out of which 5 years should have been as a Senior Manager. Relevant experience in Concrete Pre-casting equipment, steel mold and machinery fabrication will be added an advantage
• Possess strong technical background with extensive knowledge and/or experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of plants and equipment and project management.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Skills to help analyses reports and research data on trends
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities at a strategic and functional level.
• Proven ability at developing high performance teams and high potential employees.
• Ability to lead and participate on high performing cross-functional teams and get results through others.
• Speaking Mandarin will be added an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Schedule:
