Open Position: Production Manager (MNC Heavy Manufacturing Company)

A MNC Heavy Manufacturing Company is looking of Production Manager to lead the operation of the production based in Selangor.

Key requirements include:

Manage manpower arrangement in production line and ensuring production runs in a safe manner.

\xc2\xb7
Manage disciplinary issues of personnel in a unionized environment.

\xc2\xb7
Stakeholder management in supporting business needs in sales and marketing.

\xc2\xb7
Minimum Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.

\xc2\xb7
Have experience managing a large group of people.

\xc2\xb7
Strong technical knowledge in related process.

\xc2\xb7
Excellent leadership skills to manage team and encourage teamwork.

\xc2\xb7
More than 10 years working experience in production or operation of heavy manufacturing plants. (Automotive, heavy equipment manufacturing is preferred)
