Kelayakan

• Tertiary education - Degree in Production Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Management/Electrical/Mechanical.
• Minimum 5 years' experience is required. Preferably from manufacturing/metal fabrication industry.
• Possess knowledge and experience in industrial safety, sheet metal steel structure fabrication processes.
• Possess knowledge on Kanban/Lean Manufacturing Industrial 4.0 will be an added advantage.
• Good written and spoken in English & candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Good communication skill & managing people.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

Tanggungjawab

• To assist operations and overall quality system in production, material procurement, production planning and maintenance to meet the delivery.
• Manpower Capacity planning and improve production performance.
• Development of productivity, safety, quality, cost improvement strategies.
• Develop, motivate, coach and guide team members to upgrade their skills and competencies.
• Responsible for meeting production efficiency and volume targets.
• Prepare costing and assist in tender documentations.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at the factory area.
• Responsible for continuous improvement of the existing products.
• To provide technical support to clients whenever needed.
