THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN THE REFINERY DIVISION , AT TELOK PANGLIMA GARANG, SELANGOR, MALAYSIA. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES To coordinate with planning on production scheduling to meet the shipment date. To prepare weekly production scheduling. To plan with Production Engineer for day-to-day production. To liaise with planning for raw materials requirement. To maximize plant utilization and meet production target. To optimize the processes and meet targeted product specifications. Consistently review storage movement and optimize tanks usage. Liaise with Logistic and Planning for timely raw materials receiving and final products delivery. Maximize manpower utilization via coaching, training and counselling. To comply with governmental and local regulations / requirements. To comply with all quality standards and requirement set by the Company as well as meeting the product specification required by the customers. To assist Plant Manager to prepare annual budget for Production operation. To perform any task assigned by management when need arises. JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of working experience in refineries/oleochemical/chemical industry. Possess strong analytical skill in planning (raw material, in process & final product). Sensitive to dynamic change in day-to-day operation. Experience in SAP system is an added advantage.
