Production Manager
Job Description
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by ensuring regulatory and company standards and practices are adhered to. - Works closely with planning on our production schedule, to ensure orders are completed on a timely manner. - Leads with effective communication. Appropriately shares information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and emails. - Plans, organize and directs day-to-day operations to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s expectations for safety, productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment and exceeding our customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations. - Leads continuous process and systems improvements for future production efforts. - Formulates and implement manufacturing policies and programs to maintain and improve the competitive position and profitability of the operation. - Works with the Director of Planning and Production to develop performance plans and objectives that align with the strategic objectives and plan of the company. - Works closely with the Director of Planning and Production and Process Engineer in change initiatives from efficiency identification to project delivery via internal governance and controls; empowers the team appropriately in the execution of change initiatives.
