Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantages.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and PMR or SPM leavers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
• Willing to learn from an experienced engineer
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and responsible character.
• Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.

Responsibilities

• Tasks include assist senior supervisor in:
• Making moulds by hand or using lathe/milling machines
• Making jigs for use in metal stamping processes
• Metal Fabrication according to customers' drawing
• CNC Lathe/Milling, Robotic Arm Welding/Manual Welding, Stamping, Tapping, Drilling etc
• CNC Bending, Laser Cut Metal Sheets
• Participate in design of mould and production planning
• Install and remove mould according to production planning processes
• Machine Maintenance/Repair
• Quality Control & packing
• Co-ordinate with other colleagues in completing tasks
• Perform cleaning duty roster in maintaining cleanliness of factory
