Job Scope

Assist Production Executive/ Head Department monitor sewing line productivity to meet production scheduled and customer\'s delivery date.
Train skill sewers and plan for back up sewer.
Achieve company\'s quality standard by following production department KPI.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the efficiency of sewing operator is achieved by not lowering the quality standard.
Do line arrangement and work distribution.
Plan operator individual output according to MTM.
Monitor hourly output by recording at Production Line White Board.
Ensure that sewing line meets production target (output and efficiency).
Follow up pre-production sample in other to identify critical operation.
Achieved Company\'s quality target.
Train supervisors to be able to handle their tasks independently.
Monitor and update each sewing operator\'s ilLu based on their skill competency.
