Job Description
Coordinate production workflow on multiple products needed to be prepared by the team. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Address issues when they arise and aim for minimum disruption. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.). Prepare and submit status and performance reports. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or its equivalent. Minimum 1 year working experiences in relevant field. High emotional intelligence and strong people skills. Possess a positive mindset and able to work in a fast moving work environment. Independent, Result-driven and self-motivated. Good time management & Stress management. Resourceful, meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player. Malaysian only.
