1. Ensure all sales orders are received and work orders are issued on time. 2. Filter the order receive and determine the right process to optimize the operation cost 3. Liaise with Product Development for new model order and only schedule after both new model and PRR are confirmed by customer. 4. To make changes in the work order such as quantity and delivery date, inform Sales department. Make amendment on delivery date for jobs requiring longer production lead-time and sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 jobs. 5. To prepare daily corrugating and converting schedule. 6. Coordinate with Sales Department in cases of shortage of order and subsequently, follow up with Production. 7. Work with Production on daily delivery schedule, production running plan and urgent jobs. 8. Keep track on the daily status for corrugating, converting schedules and fully coordinate for delivery of goods in order to achieve On Time Delivery (OTD). 9. Prepare the corrugating schedule according to delivery date, size, substance, fluting and machine available capacity. Pull out all the short LM job and combine jobs for efficient production. Ensure all material are available before scheduling. 10. Prepare the converting schedule based on colour, machine, size, customer and fluting. Ensure all schedules are proceeded to Production. 11. Insert urgent jobs and shortage reschedule in the schedule. 12. Weekly close the uncomplete work order. 13. Analyse order pattern for corrugator and printing 14. Prepare daily shortage report and paper plan and usage report. 15. Liaise with warehouse and production for the excessive stock and boards before planning 16. Any other job assigned by management from time to time.
