Job Purpose

To monitor, track, and coordinate the production process to ensure that manufacturing activities are completed on time, according to quality standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time completion of work orders. Track the flow of materials, parts, and products through the production process. Communicate with production teams, supervisors, and other departments to resolve any delays or issues. Update production logs and databases with real-time information. Check inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment as needed. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production status reports. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency. Assist in maintaining quality standards by reporting defects or non-conformities. Support production planning by gathering and analyzing process data. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and deliveries. File and maintain production related documents for audit and compliance purposes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and production standards. Perform administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document preparation related to production activities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in a production or clerical role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic production management systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
