Due to business expansion and increased production volume, we are strengthening our production team. We are looking for an experienced candidate to support process optimisation, enhance workflow efficiency, and ensure consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Support and improve daily production processes (mixing, filling, packing).
Optimise workflow to improve efficiency and consistency.
Work with Production, QC, QA and R&D to maintain high-quality standards.
Conduct routine process checks and ensure full SOP compliance.
Provide hands-on training to operators on process accuracy.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a beverage factory.
Strong knowledge of beverage processing, mixing, filling, and packing operations.
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and disciplined with SOP enforcement.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Preferably familiar with Lean Manufacturing or process improvement.
