Production & Qa Assistant
Job Description
- Ensure commissary products comply to standard requirement - Monitor daily record and ensure record completed as per required - To assist QA during internal audit and external audit - Assist QA on on-site microbiological testing (swab test (ATP) and EPTP) - Assist QA on food safety training - Monitor day to day production and ensure key process running consistently. Requirements: - Minimum qualifications : SPM/STPM preferably in science stream. - Able to read, write and communicate in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. - Computer literate. - Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when needed. - Must be able to withstand working in an extreme wet and cold environment. - Successful candidate will be based in KKIP Commissary.
