JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to lead a team of production technician, line leaders and latex man, and strippers to achieve company objectives. Knowledge in process control, products quality, maintenance skill and adequate supervisory skill. Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates. Systematic and positive problem-solving approach. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Strive to support, encourage and achieve for better company objectives and KPIs. To prepare daily production report to Management review Other assigned duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year experience in technician position, working in a manufacturing field Experienced in glove manufacturing will be an advantage Willing to work night shift/run shift and carry out OT. Hands on in ground work job including piping repairing, burner tuning, simple mechanical job, etc Able to follow instructions from superior and report issues Able to adapt to changes made by company if necessary.
