1. Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results; 2. Enforces company policies and guidelines; 3. Recruits, hires, and trains employees; 4. Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; 5. Trouble shoot electrical & mechanical problem on production machineries, supplies and contacts appropriate sources for repair issues; 6. Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on production job sheet; 7. Conduct annual reviews for staff performance; 8.Ensure production process are adhere to HACCP, ISO, HALAL and GMP standard and compliance to safety and work procedure 9. Counsels employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow; 10. Resolves issues and disputes between manufacturing employees, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments; 11. Cooperate with Maintenance and Technician Department to conduct preventive maintenance follow the schedule and evaluates the condition of production equipment; 12. Compiles and analyses production report; 13. Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines; 14. Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department; 15. Other tasks to be assigned from time to time. Requirements 1. Candidate MUST have good leadership. Prefer male candidate. 2. Candidate MUST possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Food Processing Engineering or related field. 3. Working knowledge and background in Food Processing, MYOB system, Planning, Mechanical, HACCP, ISO,GMP,HALAL & MESTI is an added advantage. 4. Required skill: MS Excel, MS Office, Power point. 5. Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia. 6. Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih and MUST have own transport. 7. Fresh graduate with good attitude & discipline is encourage to apply. 8. Candidate MUST have good attitude, hard working, punctual, honest, trustworthy & MUST have a high desire for work and a willingness to learn something new 9. Experience in a food processing plant (spices) is an advantage.
