Job Responsibilities: 1. Inquiries, monitoring and allocation of manpower in order to fulfill the projects and tasks to be processed in a timely manner according to the schedule. 2. Manufacturing Progress Tracking and analyzing. 3. Determination and disposition of the factory shop equipment and the materials to be used. 4. Ensure that the Fabshop equipment is in a proper and checked conditions. Requirements: 1. Completed industrial-technical training e.g., as a technical engineer, heating engineer, system mechanic or similar. 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of the high purity process world as a process Supervisor / Foreman - Manufacturing. 3. Experience in leading and organizing multicultural teams. 4. You are experienced in orbital welding/plastic welding and can assess their visual quality. 5. Willingness to expand the necessary expertise. 6. Monitoring and implementation of safety guidelines. 7. Physical fitness. 8. Friendly and well-groomed appearance, team spirit and the flexibility to be deployed at our other locations. 9. Excellent social skills as well as persuasive and assertiveness. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
