At least 2 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes
Supervise manipulants and material handlers.
Monitor and control raw material inventory (e.g. plastic resin, additives, color masterbatch).
Coordinate material receiving, storage, and issuing to production.
Ensure FIFO system and accurate stock records.
Work closely with production planning and QA to ensure material availability and quality.
Maintain safety and cleanliness (5S) in material storage areas.
Handle documentation: batch numbers, COA, stock reports.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
To perform any others duties as deem suitable.
