Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, One Shift

Salary Range: RM5,500 - RM7,500 (based on experience)

Tenure: Permanent

We're looking for an experienced

Production Supervisor

to lead and motivate a production team, ensuring smooth operations, quality output, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily production activities to meet business targets. Supervise, coach, and develop production staff. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. Monitor performance and prepare regular production reports. Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge in safety, quality control, and process improvement.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
