Job Overview

:

Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output, and cost goals.

Primary Responsibilities :

Plan and review resources require based on production loading & work in progress. Motivate Production Leaders and Operators towards line targets and quality status review. To review & follow up unsolved issue with supporting group (ie: technician/engineer) to reduce high machine waiting time. Do escalate to superior if necessary. Interact effectively with upstream or downstream process personnel for push & pull strategy. Accountable to machine planning & track the machine changeover rate & status. Convey latest information from management to production team. (shifty demand, urgent device, recovery plan, shiftily committed date, etc) Analyze quality issue (QDN / low tech issue / excursion) with root cause and drive for improvement plan. Monitor operator performance, conduct compliance audit, enforce good discipline and 5S housekeeping. Participating in continuous improvement programs (cost saving / productivity and efficiency) Coach, consult and motivate leader & operators to improve weaknesses and widen up job responsibility in order to carry out their task effectively. Provides explanation or hand-on demo to the freshman or new operator who does not understand the work instructions or operation procedure particularly during on the job training. Execute relevant disciplinary procedures in accordance to company policy. Continuously find safety observation and/or near miss to create a safer work environment. Any other duties assigned by Executive from time to time.

Requirements :

Diploma in any discipline with minimum 2 years related working experience.

MUST be able to work on shift

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
