Production Support Coordinator

Job Description

Working time : Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)


Saturday working full day (8am to 5pm)


Location: Kampung Baru Subang, Shah Alam



Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and track production progress to ensure all activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with established project timelines and delivery requirements. Perform QA/QC checks for completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Support quality control processes and coordinate follow-up on any necessary rectification work to maintain product standards and client satisfaction. Visit construction sites when necessary for verification and inspection purposes. Assist in promptly resolving production issues or discrepancies. Maintain proper records of production activities and report to the Factory General Manager. Collaborate effectively with the design, sales, and installation teams to ensure alignment of project objectives, specifications, and client expectations. Conducting quality checks on production materials and finished products, and ensuring adherence to quality standards Coordinate and manage work orders and production schedules for the manufacturing of kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, ensuring timely execution, resource optimization, and alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with the design, sales, and installation teams to ensure alignment of project expectations, timelines, and deliverables throughout the production process. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the factory, overseeing all production-related communications and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and information sharing. Work closely with the Factory General Manager to manage daily workflows and prioritize urgent orders. Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma and above in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field. Prior experience in production coordination or administrative roles is preferred. Basic knowledge of manufacturing or interior fit-out processes is an added advantages. Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
