Job Description

s:
01) to assist in the production of protection gear
02) to laminate and follow batch orders to ensure that product is produced to agreed specification.
03) to ensure continuous production is maintained where possible and assist in running an efficient operation which can fulfil operational and meet set targets.
04) to operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner and to ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production schedules.
05) Ensure that all lifting and manoeuvring of products and materials is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures.
06) Ensure that machinery and equipment is well maintained and fit for purpose.
07) Maintain high standards of security in the warehouse.
08) to comply to health, safety and environmental regulations and work safely to protect self and others.
09) Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.
10) Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
11) Report any discrepancies or issues to immediate superior.
12) Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
13) Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
14) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
15) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
