Key Responsibilities
Support our integrated facilities management approach by assisting with daily operations, maintenance coordination, and service delivery to clients
Help implement our facilities management technology platforms and reporting systems to track maintenance activities and analyze performance metrics
Assist in coordinating our approved vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with our procurement procedures and client-specific requirements
Contribute to our sustainability initiatives by supporting energy efficiency programs and green building practices at client sites
Conduct regular facility inspections using our quality assurance protocols to identify and address potential issues
Support the development of client-specific service level agreements (SLAs) and help monitor performance against these agreements
Participate in our emergency preparedness and business continuity planning for client facilities
Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring using our financial management systems
Ensure compliance with our safety standards, local regulations, and client-specific policies
Help coordinate special projects and workplace experience initiatives that align with our Future of Work strategies
