Job Description
PPosition Title: Programs Coordinator Contract Duration: 12 months Working Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya Salary: RM3,500 per month :
- Validate between systems if rewards were sent or not (and accurately).
- Compilation of data that required data patching from various channels.
- Cross check data to identify source of issue & real data that required patching, send for patching, and trend tracking.
- Identify data that require immediate attention including ad-hoc request from retail / Customer Care team and advise manager on impact.
- Managing & tracking of rewards balance pool.
- Program performance update.
- Monthly huddle template, NPS CRM conversion, ad-hoc update.
- User Age Verification validation
- Fraud dashboard data pull and program audit / checks.
- SAP & documentation support e.g. PR & PO issuance.
- Accruals preparation for programs.
- Budget compilation and system input.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma and above, preferrably in Statistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in SAP, PowerBI, SFMC, Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Detail Oriented and possess excellent time management skills.
- Candidates that can join immediately are a plus.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
