Role Summary: The Program Coordinator (PC) will coordinate the day-to-day operations of The Max Foundation (Max) patient programs. The PC will work directly with patients, healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, hospital social workers), patient advocates, and other relevant organizations, to ensure that patients have access to treatment, care, and support. The PC will also be involved in the planning and execution of these programs, including: documenting processes, collecting information, and reporting outcomes. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement Max programs per outlined procedures, including the collection of all required information, documentation, and performing required follow-ups. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and record-keeping in program database on a real-time basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate program reports on a periodic basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with senior team in systematically tracking programmatic progress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support internal team in crafting external communications, including via social media platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate regularly with patients and/or caregivers, and make referrals to relevant support information and resources (e.g. emotional, educational, financial, etc.). \xe2\x80\xa2 Build strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in ensuring smooth implementation of program. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate professionally with patient support groups, including participating in working-group meetings (sometimes during weekends), to deliver tailored support solutions to patients Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate about our mission and working directly with patients and the healthcare community. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma required; Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred in Social Work, Public Health, Communications, or another relevant qualification. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in project coordination, communications, social work, event planning, marketing, public healthcare, or another relevant field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-versed with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable and proficient using computer and phone as primary tools for the job. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competence with graphic design; short video-making and editing will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent social media platform management and audience engagement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills, with respect for multi-cultural approaches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent (written and oral) in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capacity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong collaboration, organization, and project management proficiencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated accountability and strong leadership attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transportation within city; willing to travel and work in hospitals should the needs arise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work on weekends to support patients, if required.
