Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to drive a successful program lifecycle.
Monitor production plan, shipment commitments, and revenue tracking.
Organize, track, and prepare necessary reporting for customers.
Update and maintain internal databases/spreadsheets for assigned projects, such as PO management.
Manage customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure.
Handle
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in program management or administration role, preferably in EMS/manufacturing industry.
Experience in handling
ECO/ECN (Engineering Change Orders/Notices)
is an advantage.
Excellent
communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Good command of
English and Bahasa Malaysia
(both written and spoken).
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results within deadlines.
