Lead program execution and act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring all requirements and feedback are managed promptly.
Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to drive a successful program lifecycle.
Monitor production plan, shipment commitments, and revenue tracking.
Organize, track, and prepare necessary reporting for customers.
Update and maintain internal databases/spreadsheets for assigned projects, such as PO management.
Manage customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure.
Handle ECO (Engineering Change Order) / ECN (Engineering Change Notice) processes effectively.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a program management or administrative role, preferably in the EMS or manufacturing industry.
Experience in handling ECO/ECN (Engineering Change Orders/Notices) is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
