Job Responsibilities

：

Manage products through NPI process, complete Phase Exit gates, and deliver qualified products meeting NPI deliverables to the Operations team. Primary responsibility to develop and manage the project schedule, communicate status, highlight gaps to plan. Primary team interface working with design team, internal support groups, operations team, and marketing. Set, manage, and communicate expectations to the project team, management, and other stakeholders. Identify and manage project resource constraints, dependencies, and critical paths to accomplish the program goals; resolve issues. Manage material supply to ensure build configuration and schedule will support required NPI deliverables. Regular communication with off-shore manufacturing and supply chain team members. Light travel for development activities: global team coordination, product transfer, and problem resolution.

Qualifications And Experience ：

Education: Better to own MS in an engineering or science discipline 7+ years of relevant experience Experience with optical transceivers or components desirable. Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Product Lifecycle Management processes. Experience successfully managing cross-functional teams, interacting with a broad range of functions, skills, cultures, and personalities Highly self-motivated with a strong multi-disciplinary background is essential Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills Previous experience as an engineer or Operations a strong advantage
