Create, load and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts on 3 and 5 axis machining centers.
Writing programs manually on CNC machines for small parts and editing.
Manage & creating WI (Work Instruction) for each programming.
Assist operations in machine setup and troubleshooting.
Provide coaching, training, motivate and lead the teams.
Assisting in other production tasks as assigned by superior.
