Job Description

Responsibility

To handle and maintain project general administrative works. Manage and maintain project's related documentation (technical documents/ drawings/ approvals/ correspondence, etc.) To provide administrative support to the Manager. Organizing and coordinating with various professional peoples such as consultants on operational, Architects as well as clients, sub-contractors, etc. Assist in planning, designing and coordinating of all project's activities. Good interpersonal skill and presentation skills.
Requirements

Preferably Entry Level/Junior Executive Specialized in Admin or equivalent. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working experience in construction, preferably in project coordination or support. Must be computer literate (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project.) Able to work independently. Possess own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
