Handle submissions to consultants and authorities (permits, inspection requests, material approvals).
Maintain contract files, LOA/LOI, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing records.
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
Prepare official letters, memos, meeting minutes, and ensure all documents are audit-ready.
Keep track of payments, progress claims, and variation orders.
Arrange meetings, prepare presentation materials, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years experience
in construction administration, preferably in
high-rise projects
.
Strong knowledge of
construction documentation
, progress reporting, and site coordination.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advantage if familiar with MS Project or construction software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work on-site when required and comfortable with construction site environment.
Good understanding of basic construction terms, drawings, and workflow is an added advantage.
