Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Handle and manage all documentation related to the developer's management. In charge of applications for developer's licences (

Lesen Pemaju

, and other related approvals). Manage and handle documentation preparation and submission for new development projects. Liaise and coordinate with consultants, architects, surveyors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project progress. Manage office documentation and ensure all records are updated and properly maintained. Liaise with relevant government agencies (e.g.,

Majlis

,

JUPEM

,

JIM

, and others). Handle and manage matters related to foreign workers' permits. Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum

1 year

of working experience in property development / construction projects / or relevant fields. Knowledgeable in developer and construction management. Able to work with minimum supervision. Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
