We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Executive / Project Admin to join our Property Development team. You will play a key role in supporting project documentation, coordination, and communication between departments, consultants, and authorities -- ensuring the smooth running of our development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and coordination support to the project/development team.
Prepare and maintain project documents, correspondences, reports, and filing systems.
Track authority submissions and approvals (DBKL, MBPJ, BOMBA, TNB, Syabas, etc.).
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal departments on project matters.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on outstanding items.
Communicate with Property Management PIC during handover and post-VP stages.
Assist with tender, quotation, and procurement documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property Development, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in a property development or construction environment.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
