Manage and coordinate the department\xe2\x80\x99s activities
Maintain the MIS and KPI measurements governance and feedback
Maintain office and other schedules
Assist and coordinate the office events, meetings, Webinars and project
Manage procurement process from purchase requisition, issuance of the purchase order, and monitoring remittance advice for audit purposes.
Effectively manage and track timelines for projects
Collaborate with the cross-functional team to maintain and build the channels of communications
Documents & stakeholders Management
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Ad-hoc related matters
Report to Director
Job Requirements:
Bachelor / Diploma in Business Management, Business Studied / Life Science or equivalent.
At least 3-4 years of working experience in cross-functional office support
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
Computer proficiency
Good verbal and written communication.
Presentable, outspoken and with a pleasant personality
Must be able to work independently, multitask, and meticulous
