Company : Sime Darby Holdings Berhad Job Responsibilities: Responsible for data mapping and transformation Work closely with integration and Workday functional team to ensure all data requirements are captured and loaded. Able to troubleshoot, monitor and solve problems regarding master data-related questions and concerns. Provide and contribute to the documentation required for all phases of implementation. Job Requirements: A Bachelor\'s degree in IT related fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in HR system implementation in a global/regional setup with at least one full cycle of data conversion Ability to read, interpret and verify data from multiple formats Possesses good HR operational and functional knowledge, project management, stakeholder management and data management skills About us : Sime Darby Berhad is a global trading and logistics player.
