Steering projects at the helm
To be stationed in Malaysia, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work side-by-side with the Business Operations Director, Senior Project Manager to ensure the success of a project\xe2\x80\x94from its pre-design phase to its completion. You\xe2\x80\x99ll assemble and lead various project teams; monitoring the teams\xe2\x80\x99 performance, and bringing out the best in every team member. We achieve our biggest success when working together, so clear communication is key, as is collaboration and team work. You\xe2\x80\x99re also in charge of creating the organisational structure, project objectives and working procedures for the teams.
Your project management skills will also be of great value, as you set up clear project cost plans and allot sufficient budget to achieve optimal results and meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s target profits. A structured and organised approach with an eye for detail is crucial. Also part of your job is to attend project meetings as required, develop monthly reports and carry out contract administration. Furthermore, you\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee negotiations, analyses and promotions of quality control systems.

Responsible for implementing, administering and maintaining cost control systems and procedures to track budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts, and to assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates, RFP, tender documents and schedules for projects of ranging complexity and value, as well as establishing and managing the Clients project budgets, whilst being in compliance with the Client and JLL\xe2\x80\x99s financial systems and reporting.

General Responsibilities
Provide cost information, such as benchmarking data, to support decisions
Prepare, evaluate and analyze tender document, bill of quantities, fee proposals / bids and provide recommendation for decision making
Evaluation of vendor / supplier invoices, prepare payment certificate prior to submission into client Finance systems for pre-approval
Provide cost tracker, forecasts and cash flow analysis
Prepare subcontract agreement
Maintain and manage cost reports for regional projects, providing regular financial updates and reporting
Assist in the validation and maintenance of the project schedule, to ensure alignment with budgets.
Assist in developing reporting tracking tools and generates cost reports in line with project governance requirements
Create and maintain spreadsheets to enable fast and accurate data manipulation
Extract data from several sources, transforming it to fit reporting and operational outputs
Reconcile data to support complete accuracy and creates a clean audit trail
Day to day project management duties and responsibilities
Leadership (where applicable)
Supports the vision and strategy of the projects and ensuring the client receives exceptional project delivery
Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s key business drivers, to enable alignment with our deliverables
Client/Stakeholder communication
Helping the Regional Capital Planning Lead to meet contractual obligations through deliverables
Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client\xe2\x80\x99s organization
Financial Management
Assist the Business Operations lead with the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable.
Work with the team to track the key performance indicators, and work within the service level agreements and other measures, as contracted
Contribute to financial risk management and provide inputs to help reduce financial risk to the Client.
Operations
Utilise available technology systems to support service delivery, and ensure the required reporting from the systems
Support client specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking and best practices
Implement best practices to the account
Drive regional consistency in the account e.g. in reporting
Ensure consistency in the monthly reporting in each country within the region
Assist with the preparation of regional reporting to the satisfaction of the Client
