Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for producing project related engineering and design deliverables.

2. Take responsibility in any kind of architectural project.

3. Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, cross sections in deliverables.

4. Be responsible for architectural team in dimensional surveys and preparation of survey notes in relation to architectural drawings and specifications.

5. Interact with clients to implement their plans and goals in architectural project deliverables

6. Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications and survey notes in organised manner

7. Ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.

8. Able to work in different work environment as required.

Tasks:

1. Prepare and develop architectural drawings in order to meet the specification.

2. To work with special computer programs such as AutoCAD 2D or 3D, REVIT Architecture and MEP (after training course) 3Ds Max and Photoshop for the project, in order to see or to check how the project evolved.

3. Create design to meet client's specifications, propose budget and time estimations and act as an intermediary between the client and the architectural team.

4. Attend client's meeting and discussion with confidence.

5. Complete design drawings as required within drawing register.

6. Able to provide and finding the best solutions for complex technical problems and for complex challenges can be.

7. Undertake executing multiple architectural process and issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
