Job Description

Educational Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Skills:



Technical & software skills



Proficiency in drafting and modelling tools: CAD (AutoCAD), Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.
Design & documentation

Ability to help prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, feasibility studies.

Project & coordination skills



Understanding basic project workflows, scheduling, and teamwork.

Communication



Good client and consultant communication -- both written and verbal.

Regulatory knowledge



Familiarity with building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
