Job Description

1) Assist the Business Unit Manager department with entering data from source documents into the ERP system within the stipulated time.

2) To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies, and the Company.

3) Assisting Sales personnel to service customers.

4) Compiling, verifying, and sorting information from/within the department to prepare source data for data entry purposes.

5) Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and filling duties.

6) Create and maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.

7) Provide full admin support to the team and department such as reviewing documents, photocopying, filing, and updating data.

8) Responsible for sales order handling in ERP. And give order confirmation to the customer.

9) Update the request from the customer in ERP.

10) Responsible for order delivery documents.

11) Work with planning to follow up on the order status. Response to customer\'s concern.

12) Work with customer purchasers to take care of their concerns.

13) Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.

14) Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

Requirement

1) Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mold Design, mechatronics and other related disciplines

2) At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in sheet metal fabrication project development is more advantageous.

3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5) Knowledgeable and skillful of Autocad, Solidworks

6) Candidates who could command Mandarin would have a better advantage as the candidates may need to communicate with China counterpart

7) Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

8) Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
