• Good communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin speaking would be an advantage.

Tanggungjawab

• Engage external vendors to rectify defects
• Carry out diligently site duties and responsibilities as directed by superior and provide suggestions when deemed necessary
• Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed & recorded in a timely manner
• Attending site, technical and NSC meetings, construction, and post-construction coordination issues between related parties of the projects
• General administrative duties such as filing of documents and drawings, photocopying, printing of emails and filing
• Attend daily work coordination and progress reporting meetings with team members and superiors
• Ensure that all requests for documentation are addressed in an efficient and expedited manner and to ensure document distribution, both in hard copy and an electronic copy, is carried out efficiently
• Resourceful with a hands-on attitude and hard-working in achieving the set target and meeting deadline, inclusive of engaging and leading a team of direct workers
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
