Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager by tracking and following up on items in the follow?up list.
Manage and maintain the Project Manager's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
Draft and handle correspondence, including emails, letters, reports, and other documents.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely communication of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Maintain and organize confidential records and filing systems.
Assist with personal errands or tasks for the Project Manager when required.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support both the executive and the organization
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in a high-profile corporate environment or similar setting.
Knowledge of project management practices and familiarity with manufacturing business operations.
Strong spoken English skills: ability to communicate confidently with suppliers in China is preferred.
