Responsibilities:

Principal responsibilities are business development, commercial project management, customer service and results achievement. Possess supervision skills to ensure contractors and suppliers meet work quality and design standards, manage work at site to ensure all plans are met on the agreed timeline. Experienced to establish rapport and collaborate with contractors, suppliers, clients and other professionals to ensure project well executed and timely delivery. Have wisdom and pleasant personality, quick response, competent to discuss and convince clients to understand and accept proposals and works. Skilful on material usage, innovation, design concepts, and other requirements to realize projects. Possess passion, creativity and meticulous in generating detailed plans, ingenious 3D designs, visual proposals and presentation materials to convince clients. Well-versed to develop itemized cost estimates and quotation /proposals for superior approval and knowledge on Bill of Quantity and other documentation controls. Sensitive and responsible in a team setting to meet and exceed annual revenue goals. Exhibit aptitude of knowledge and technical know-how, forward planning and ability to sense issues at worksite. Shall attend to incoming changes, requests, urgency or any ad-hoc work-related matters during off-working hour. Work under minimum supervision, self-starter, results over-achiever, possess leadership skills, wise decision maker and communication skills to led projects to completion.

Requirements:

Possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Town Planning or Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. Required Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. 3 to 5 years experience in related industry. Possess Windows skills. Added advantage if possesses AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Animation etc. Knowledge in Detailing / Worksite experience. Resourceful, positive & highly motivated and possess problem solving skills. Candidates near Kota Kemuning, Bandar Rimbayu, Klang or Kuala Langat are welcomed.
