\xc2\xb7 Preparing correspondence letters to Local Authorities, Contractors and Consultants relating project site and company internal memorandum to Management and Accounts Department.\xc2\xb7 Preparing Certificate Payment for Contractors and Consultants received from progress claims.\xc2\xb7 Prepare Management, Exco and Risk Management Report for Project Department.\xc2\xb7 Compile Management, Exco and Risk Management Report received from all department for PJ and Penang office.\xc2\xb7 Organizing the filling of documents for Project Department\xc2\xb7 Assist the General Manager in managing the incoming and outgoing documents.\xc2\xb7 Assist the General Manager in claim expenses.\xc2\xb7 Preparing minutes of meeting for monthly management meeting.\xc2\xb7 Assist the Admin Department as and when required.Job Requirements\xc2\xb7 Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or similar field.\xc2\xb7 Experienced working in the Project and Admin department.\xc2\xb7 Able to work well as a team\xc2\xb7 Computer literate\xc2\xb7 Be thorough and pay attention to details\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 to 2 years experience
