Working with clients to understand their business objectives and priorities to develop project plans that are realistic and achievable Coordinating activities between all project participants, including architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients as needed Monitoring project performance to identify potential problems and issues that could lead to schedule slippage or cost overruns Monitoring costs to ensure that they remain within budget guidelines Communicating regularly with clients to update them on progress and address any concerns they may have Providing technical support during the execution phase of projects by troubleshooting problems, maintaining inventories of materials, and ensuring compliance with industry standards Reviewing and approving invoices for payment and ensuring that they are paid
To carry out business of import, export, wholesale, trade, distribute or otherwise deal in all types of steel and any construction materials include prefabricated structural components of modular house, container, cement, concrete and artificial stone and also to design, supply, manufacture, assembly and commissioning of construction infrastructure, steel structure works, mechanical and electrical works and other related construction works.
Bachelor\'s or Equivalent
